Use and collection of personal information
In general, you can visit my website without telling me who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use my site you choose to register and you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. I will store this data and hold it on a computer or otherwise.
I may use information that you provide:
- To register you with my website and to administer it.
- For assessment and analysis, e.g. marketing, customer and product analysis, to enable me to review, develop and improve my services.
I will not pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, I do not sell any data to anyone else.
On completion of the Avatar Course, I will disclose your personal information to the Avatar network organisation, for example, Stars Edge (Avatar HQ) or another representative of the Stars Edge Network. Your data is stored securely, on paper or on my password protected and backed up computer.
I will not sell or disclose your data to other organisations outside of the Avatar HQ however information will be disclosed –
- If I am under a legal duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with or meet any legal obligation.
