An enlightening book full of ideas to explore in your own time. The first half of the books tells the adventures he had in life that lead to the development of the Avatar Tools. The second half of the book goes into some of the theory behind the tools. Later in the book there is an outline of what the 9 day course is all about. A very interesting read.

This is the first book Harry wrote. It is in two parts and the first half covers his journey and the second part goes into the back ground of how he developed the ideas. There is a lovely section at the back that outlines the three sections of the Avatar Course.
